Distance/Home Learning Information


If your child(ren) are enrolled/registered at a distance/home learning education school and you receive extra-curricular funding, please read the following information before you apply.

Arrangements are usually made between Warrior Arts Academy and the school directly.  Please have the school funding coordinator/administrator's name and contact email handy when filling out the form.  You can give them Monica Whitehead's name and email address:  [email protected].

You will also need to provide the following info:
  • Name, DOB, Home Address of the Student you're applying for.
  • Indicate if there are siblings that will be joining a program as well
  • Parents Name, Email, and Phone Number
  • School Name
  • Funding Coordinator/Administrator's Name and contact info (email and phone)

It is recommended that your child schedules a free trial class ahead of time if they are new to our facility.  Schedule your free trial class first, then fill out the application.

Membership Options:
  1. 10-Class Pass:  this pass is for 10 classes over the course of 4 months.  $160 per person + GST.
  2. Month-to-Month:  this membership is ideal for students who have never done martial arts/jiu-jitsu before and wants to try it out for longer than 10 classes.  No contract, month-to-month:  $135 + GST/month
  3. 12 month agreement:  this membership is for the committed student that wants to train for the full year in one program.  $110 + GST/month, or $140 + GST/month for 2 programs (kickboxing and jiu-jitsu, if the student is of-age for kickboxing).
  4. Add a family member $90/month + GST (Month-to-Month)
  5. Additional add-on programs are $25 + GST per month additional.

While funding may cover a portion of the membership, you will be responsible for paying the balance of the membership (for contract memberships) on time.  We will communicate with you when that time will come.

Donate your Used Gi!

Is your gi too small?

Receive a $10 voucher when you donate your gently used gi.  

Simply drop it off at the dojo for a $10 voucher that can go towards your membership, registration fees, or equipment!

Please wash and fold your gi, and
ensure it has no rips or tears.

We will accept mended gi's

And please, free it of all pet hair and stains.


Uploading a photo of yourself or your child

Hi friends!

When uploading a photo, please make it a photo where we can see the face clearly, as this will help with remembering names when we get busy in the future.  

Please avoid non-human photos, although very pretty and we love your expression, keep in mind that we have a large student body and we need to know who's who for class attendance.  It just helps the instructors.

And unlike government ID's WE WANT TO SEE THAT SMILE!
